WANTED

On 7/25/08, at 8:55 AM, Elliott Thomas Brackett was interrupted committing a residential burglary in the area of Highway 29 and Highway 20, in Upper Lake. Law Enforcement Officers located Brackett on scene and after a brief struggle, Brackett ran from the area on foot, towards the area of Bridge Arbor North and Bridge Arbor South. Detectives located Brackett in the water, completely nude. Brackett swam from Detectives, south down the water channel. His current whereabouts are unknown. Brackett is to be considered a danger to the public. He is described as 52 years of age, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 210 pounds. He is bald and was last seen in the nude. If he is spotted, contact 911 immediately and report his current location.
