Reporting Child Abuse or Neglect
Child Welfare Services (CWS) receives and responds to reports of abuse or neglect connected to children and youth. Anyone may report known or suspected child abuse or neglect to CWS.

Reporting Elder & Dependent Adult Abuse or Neglect
Anyone may report known or suspected elder or dependent adult abuse or neglect to Adult Protective Services (APS). APS receives and responds to reports of abuse or neglect of elders (age 65 or older) and dependent adults (ages 18 to 64 with physical or mental limitations).
